Thom and Jamie Jespersen own and operate SLO Party Rentals with over 20 years of coordinating special events and knowledge in exactly what is needed to pull off any event without a hitch! After coordinating events for over 15 years, Thom and Jamie saw the need in our community for quality rental items at prices that are reasonable to make events possible at any budget.
Pricing quoted is per rental period, consisting of one day or weekend. Please contact us for quotes on longer term rentals. Rental charges apply to time out, whether items are used or not.
Plan early to ensure that rental equipment is available for your event date. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your rental reservation. The balance is due 10 days prior to delivery or upon pickup if applicable. All orders must have a credit card on file for reservation hold and security deposit. There is a 10.5% damage/waiver fee on all orders, this is non -refundable charge.
Any reductions to the order must be made 10 days prior to delivery or pick up. No reductions will be allowed within the last 10 days.
All orders are available for delivery or pickup, at reasonable rates. Deliveries are made to street-level addresses within 50 feet of our trucks. Prior to pickup, rental equipment must be stacked and arranged in the manner it was delivered. Someone must be available to sign for both delivery and pickup.
Responsibility for rental equipment remains with the renter from receipt until return. Additional charges will be applied for missing or damaged equipment. The renter must confirm that all equipment is correct and matches the rental order. The renter must make a good-faith effort to protect rental items.
